Child Registration: The new born babies from Pakistani citizens must be registered as Pakistani in the Consulate General of Pakistan, Frankfurt, by their parents within six months. In case the registration is not made within six months, the maximum period of registration is one year for which the following documents requires to be submitted in the Consulate General of Pakistan, Frankfurt: (Note: For babies more than one year age, the parents should apply directly online for NICOP at Nadra’s website www.id.nadra.gov.pk). DOCUMENTS MENTIONED BELOW MUST BE PRESENTED ON THE COUNTER       IN THE SAME ORDER REPEAT IN THE SAME ORDER AS GIVEN BELOW OTHERWISE THE DOCUMENTS WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED AND THE PERSON WOULD NEED TO TAKE A NEW TOKEN AGAIN TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS AFTER PUTTING THEM IN THE GIVEN ORDER      ( THE SAME APPLIES FOR THE DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT BY POST): i) Form "S" and "S-I" need to be filled in carefully; ii) Fee receipt of Euro 17 (Plus €1 bank charges) in our Account No. 89091110 BLZ 50130000  IBAN:                     DE30501300000089091110, BIC No: NBPADEFF in National Bank of Pakistan,                  Frankfurt. However, submission of fee in the Consulate General with E.C Cards are encouraged. iii) Photocopies of Parents' Pakistani Passport, National I.D. Cards and valid German Residence Permit iv) Mother’s NICOP must have husband’s name on it. In case of foreign mother/spouse, an affidavit   declaring “No Objection” for registration of her/his child as a Pakistani. v) A copy of child's birth certificate issued by the concerned German Authority; vi) Two Photographs         vii) In case the applicant wish to send documents by post, self-addressed return envelope by                   affixing postage stamps may also be sent. Incomplete applications will be returned back. The normal processing time for applications by post is three weeks after the receipt of the application in the consulate.
